Winner will be drawn by raffle system a week after the event and one winner will be chosen from each event day.

Bridestory Fair 2018 Door Prize Terms & Conditions

• 1 (one) winner will be selected per day, each on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• The maximum amount of IDR 300.000.000 is cumulative, starting from Friday cash-back value, on to the next two days.
• For 1 (one) transaction exceeding IDR 1.000.000,- you are eligible to receive 1 (one) door prize voucher with the cashback amounting to the transaction.
• Transaction cannot be combined. 1 (one) transaction is equal to 1 (one) doorpize voucher.
• Only the original receipts received after making a transaction with participating vendors, excluding F&B tenants during the Bridestory Fair 2018 event, will be accepted.
• Only the total amount that is paid during Bridestory Fair 2018 event will be counted and taken into account, not the total amount written in the quotation.
• 1 (one) individual is only eligible to win 1 (one) prize. In the case whereby an individual wins more than 1 (one) prize, the prize with the highest value will be chosen and another raffle will be carried out to pick the winner for the remaining prize.
• All taxes, social welfare fund (dana kesejahteraan sosial) and any fees that may apply, will be borne by the winner.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
• All details and particulars submitted in the door prize voucher(s) must be accurate, true and complete. Incomplete, inaccurate or illegible lucky draw forms will be disqualified.
• Winners must show proof of identity, quotation and proof of payment that are the same as those stated on the door prize(s) voucher for cashback collection.
• The booth for exchanging door prize vouchers will operate according to the opening hours of Bridestory Fair. Guest will be required to fully complete the door prize voucher(s) before depositing it in the designated lucky draw box between 9 February 2018, 10.00 a.m to 11 February 2018, 10.00 p.m. Door prize vouchers deposited before or after the stipulated period shall be considered invalid and will not be entertained.
• Raffle will be done a week after the event date via @thebridestory Instagram Live and the winner will be announced on Bridestory Instagram account.
• Winners are required to redeem their prizes within 30 days from the notification, failing which, the winner will not be entitled to the prizes and Bridestory reserves the rights to forfeit the prize and perform another draw to pick another new winner.
• All Bridestory employees, their immediate family members, all participating vendors in Bridestory Fair, and any other parties directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the event are not eligible to participate in the door prize and grand prize.
• Bridestory reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice to participants.
• By participating in the lucky draw, Participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms and conditions that Bridestory may issue from time to time.
